Welcome to Ground and Grow Yoga! It is easy to get swept up the business and stress of life and be afraid that by taking care of ourselves we are failing those around us. I started Ground and Grow Yoga to help people slow down, ground, and re-connect with their bodies, show themselves love, and inspire them to use their strengths to grow and overcome their weaknesses through a fusion of vinyasa, yin yoga, and self-care. Ground and Grow Yoga will help you reclaim your inner-peace as we work together to slow down. My videos are short and perfect for new and lifelong yogis who need to learn to slow down and care for themselves.
