A Day in My Life with Essential Oils

Wake up late as always, turn off the diffuser.

Head to the shower and when I get out I rub one drop of breathe on my chest (sometimes another on my back if it is cold season)

After I get dressed, I add a drop of lemon to my moisturizer to give my face a glow.

After my husband kindly meets me at the bedroom door with a to go cup of coffee and a smoothie I am out the door.

I have a car diffuser, which I put either Cheer, Anything Citrus, or On-Guard blend if it is cold season to help myself wake up and feel ready for my day.

Once I get to the school, I will use my roller bottle of seasonal blend on my chest and right under my ears to help with my alergies (this blend has lemon, lavender, and peppermint). I also spray my room with an On-guard spray I made of 10 drops On-guard, 1/4 the bottle of witch hazel, and 3/4 the bottle of water. I spray this because the students are sometimes just one big contagious germ.

If at any point during the day I get stressed, I pull out my Balance or Serenity and just smell it or put a drop on the back of my neck.

If I get a headache (which happens at least once a week, I roll Past Tense on my temples and in the little divot at the nape of my neck.

On the car ride home to diffuser is turned back on to get my second wave of citrus for the day.

When I get home if I still have a headache I put 2 drops Lavender and 1 drop Frankensence in the diffuser in the living room. If I have a cold I put 2 drops On Guard and 1 Breath. If I don't have any of these problems, I put 2 drops Tangerine and 1 drop Eucalyptus.

Before bed, I rub one drop of Digestzen and ClaryCalm

on my stomach to help me digest while I sleep and I put 2 drops of Peace, Serenity, or Breathe (if we have a cold) in the diffuser. Lastly, I wash my face and add a drop of lavender to my moisturizer to promote balanced healthy skin.
